FAQ


1. Do I have to sign up for an account to place an order?

There is no need to sign up for an account to use the platform to place your order.


2. How to place an order?

When you click on any of the product to order for delivery. You can make payment via fund transfer and upload the payment proof (receipt / transfer slip / bank-in slip).


3. Can it be delivered to Singapore?

It is not available at the moment, it allows local delivery only.


4. How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fees vary depends on your orders. You can see the amount which you need to pay for delivery before you check out for payment.   


5. How long does it take for the order to be delivered to me?

The estimated delivery time will be reflected when you place an order. 


6. I have a missing/incorrect item

Please email to pmjb.marketing@wct.my with the proof of receipt. Deliver the parcel back to us through our partnered courier service and remember to keep the receipt and tracking number as a proof of your return. Once we have received the returned product from you, an email (subject: Return and Replacement Confirmation) will be sent to you. After the examination of items, we will resend the item to you.


7. My order arrived in less than satisfactory condition, how can I get a refund?

If you noticed that the package is damaged, defective, do not sign in the 'Proof of Delivery' form. Please reject it at the doorstep so you don't have to trouble yourself to return it. 

If your item is damaged, please capture the damaged item and email to pmjb.marketing@wct.my. We will get the vendor to resend the item to you.
